Our goods are handcrafted leather products. Because leather is a natural material, each item may show unique grain patterns, markings, and color variations. These are normal characteristics and not considered defects.

Product photos are for illustration. Colors may vary depending on lighting and your screen settings.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order (for example by order confirmation message/email). We may refuse or cancel orders if required (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock or material limitations).

Prices are shown on the website unless otherwise agreed. Where applicable, taxes/VAT are handled according to Finnish/EU rules. Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout or confirmed before payment.

We may offer payment methods such as card payment, bank transfer, and mobile payment services. Your payment is due at the time specified during checkout or in the order confirmation.

We ship from Finland. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to production time (for made-to-order items), carrier delays, holidays, and destination.

Risk of loss passes to you when you receive the goods (consumer orders) or as otherwise provided by applicable law.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, starting from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days and return the goods without undue delay. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise.

Important exceptions: The right of withdrawal may not apply to custom-made or personalized items (e.g., items made to your specifications, stamped initials, bespoke dimensions), except where required by law.

If your item is defective or damaged on arrival, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details. Consumer rights under mandatory law are not affected.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to excessive moisture/heat, and lack of reasonable care are not considered defects.

Leather benefits from regular care. Avoid soaking, prolonged direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals. Wipe with a soft cloth and apply a suitable leather conditioner occasionally.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Website content (text, images, branding) is owned by Arvo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence may still apply.
